ABOUT THE EVENT
For more than 3 years, we at Telelink Business Services have been developing an internal security operations team to manage and maintain the cybersecurity of our organization. In this short demonstration we will present the main principles and processes applied by our Advanced Security Operations Center to protect our company. We will discuss the important sources of security information and its analysis to enable the detection of malicious activities. A simulation of one of the most common current threats and attack vectors will help us demonstrate and explain all activities that an effective incident response requires.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alexander Tsokev manages the Advanced Security Operations Center of Telelink Business Services. A certified Cisco lecturer with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity and an academic career at TU Sofia, he has in-depth knowledge and interesting stories about malicious code analysis, penetration tests and ethical hacking.
Boris is an information security professional with focus on threat hunting and advanced security platform administration and monitoring. Being a member of the ASOC team, he participates in incident triage, vulnerability assessments, and coordinates the implementation of a variety of security-related policies and trainings.
